Professional Refurbishment of Noritsu V30 & V50
KEI International specializes in professional refurbishment of Noritsu QSF V30 and V50 film processors. Our refurbishment is not cosmetic cleaning: each machine is inspected, dismantled, repaired, rebuilt, adjusted and tested for professional use.

Complete Initial Inspection
Every refurbishment begins with a complete mechanical, electrical and visual inspection. Tanks, racks, rollers, gears, shafts, pumps, hoses, sensors, dryer, wiring, connectors, motors and control boards are examined carefully.

Complete Cleaning
Important sections of the machine are removed and cleaned individually. Old chemistry, crystallization, residue, dirt and contamination are removed wherever possible so hidden wear and corrosion can be identified.

Processing Rack Refurbishment
Processing racks are dismantled and inspected for worn rollers, cracked gears, damaged shafts, hardened rubber, broken guides and alignment problems. Worn parts are replaced where necessary.

Rollers, Gears & Mechanical Drive
Rollers are inspected for hardness, swelling, cracking, stickiness and wear. Gears, sprockets, shafts and mechanical drive components are checked and damaged components are replaced as required.

Circulation Pumps
Developer, bleach, fixer and stabilizer circulation systems are checked for correct flow, noise, weakness and blockage. Pumps and related components are inspected, cleaned, repaired or replaced as required.

Replenishment System
Replenishment pumps, bellows, tubes and hoses are inspected and cleaned. Hardened or damaged components are replaced and replenishment output is checked for correct chemical delivery.

Temperature Control
Thermosensors, heaters, circulation and electrical connections are tested carefully. The machine is allowed to reach normal operating temperature and monitored for stability.

Dryer Refurbishment
Dryer rollers, fans, heating elements, temperature sensors and airflow systems are inspected. The drying system is tested to ensure film leaves the processor properly dried without overheating.

Sensors, Wiring & Electrical System
Transport, perforation, temperature and safety sensors are cleaned, adjusted and tested. Wiring, connectors, terminals and fuses are checked for corrosion or damage.

PCB Inspection & Repair
Main control boards and electronic PCBs are inspected for contamination, corrosion, damaged components and previous repairs. Where technically possible, faulty boards are repaired and tested inside the machine.

Reassembly & Operational Testing
After cleaning and repair, racks, pumps, hoses, wiring, boards and covers are returned to their correct positions. Startup, circulation, heating, replenishment, transport, sensors, dryer and controls are tested.

Film Transport & Final Quality Control
The complete film path is tested from entry through the processing racks and dryer. We check for smooth movement without jamming, slipping or abnormal noise, followed by final quality control.

Packing, Worldwide Support & Spare Parts
After final testing, the machine is prepared carefully for international shipment. KEI International provides remote support and supplies many V30 and V50 spare parts for long-term operation.
